We had various parameters that did eliminate a fair amount of inventory however Miriam was steadfast in her pursuit to find us something we would love. Every property Miriam showed us was an 8 or better on a scale to 10 and with rents lower and at or just above our budget. Nothing we saw was a waste of time and most of what we saw was great. Some deals could not be done for one reason or another having nothing to do with Miriam, and she was not deterred. We were impressed with her commitment to find us a quality rental and also do so within our timeline that worked with our current lease expiration. She was quick to respond, worked well with the "other side" and my wife and I couldn't be happier with the result. She is now our "go to" real estate agent and someone we trust.

I was looking to move to a lower-cost rental, and was interested in looking at a rental "listed" by one of Miriam's colleagues. As it turned out, he had a last-minute conflict at the time of the originally agreed-upon showing, so Miriam filled in. While that particular unit turned out to be not quite what I had in mind, Miriam offered to become "my agent", and what impressed me the most was that she wanted to clearly understand all of my search parameters - price, location, must haves, really wants, nice to haves, etc... so when she started to send me listings to look at, they were all really compelling. We quickly narrowed the list down to the top 3 and just as quickly, found one that I really liked. There were two "nice to haves" that I was maybe going to just go forward without - a later lease start date and storage - but when I brought them up to her, she immediately followed up and relayed to me that the landlord had flexibility on the lease start date, and had offered use of their storage unit at no extra cost (they were certainly under no obligation to do so). Then once we got the lease agreement written up, I asked for clarifications and corrections and she was on top of that immediately. Just awesome responsiveness every step of the way, up to and including the final walkthrough. I'm now happily settled in, and I wouldn't be here without Miriam's work. I highly, highly recommend her.

At times there were many challenges, none of ours or Miriam's fault but Miriam was there holding our hands through the process and got us to the finish line. We are happily settled in our new home and she has even checked in on us to make sure we are doing well. Great Realtor/Agent to partner with.
